Your show stays on your Mac.
The ArcLight app collects no data. It has no account, no analytics and no network code. Cameras, screens, the microphone and speech recognition are processed on your Mac, and your shows are ordinary files you save where you like.
In the app
Camera, screen and microphone access is used only to build your program output, which goes to the ArcLight Camera virtual camera, to recordings you save, and to your displays. The teleprompter's voice tracking uses Apple's on-device speech recognition; audio is never sent anywhere. macOS asks your permission for each of these, and you can change it at any time in System Settings.
On this website
This site uses no cookies and no analytics, and it doesn't collect personal information. Downloads and purchases happen on the Mac App Store, under Apple's privacy policy.
